Born Rudolph Muller on September 2nd 1899 in Kremsier, Moravia, Austria-Hungary (now Kromeriz, Czech Republic), Martin Miller played Dr Zoren in the first fifty-minute Danger Man episode 'Fish on the Hook'. Martin went on to star as the Watchmaker/Number 54 in The Prisoner episode 'It's Your Funeral'.
Miller made his first film Squadron Leader X in 1943. He went on to appear in numerous films including Night Boat To Dublin, The Ghosts of Berkeley Square, Man On The Run, The Huggetts Abroad, To Dorothy A Son, Peeping Tom, The VIPs and The Pink Panther. His television credits included both series of Danger Man, Dr Who, The Saint, The Avengers, Troubleshooters, Doctor In The House and Department S.
Miller sadly died on August 26th 1969 aged 69 of a heart attack whilst making the film 'The Last Valley'. |
